We believe in our products and so should you. All of our products come with a 1-year, 100% guarantee from the date of sale. Should you have problems with the cartridge within the warranted period, simply contact us for a replacement or credit.

Payment Methods

Our preferred payment method is by credit card on our website.  We have partnered with Authorize.net to allow for secure payment transactions.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept payment via PayPal for those who prefer using PayPal.  For pre-approved business, we also accept purchase orders for billing terms.  If you have any questions about which payment method to select, please contact customer service (1-260-748-0636).

Shipping

All orders under $50.00 will incur a $4.99 flat shipping fee. This will be included and shown on the checkout page. Free shipping is available on all orders over $50.00. Our shipping area includes the contiguous United States.  Most ink and toner cartridges will ship same-day directly from our warehouse located in Fort Wayne, IN.  Please allow for 2-5 days for your shipment to arrive depending on your location.  Depending on your order, we ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.  We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Returns

Defective Product - All defective product is covered by our 1-year, 100% guarantee. If you have received defective product, contact us today and we will issue a return authorization.

Enviro Ink Shipping Errors - In the event we have accidentally shipped you the wrong product, contact us within 5 business days, and we will gladly return the product and re-ship the correct product free of charge.

User Ordering Errors - In the event you mistakenly ordered the wrong product, we will accept returns up to 30 days from the shipping date. Once we receive the returned product, we will credit your account for all costs excluding shipping fees. Returned products must come in original sealed packaging to receive a full refund.
